By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines. Only one account per person is permitted — duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your account with any other person. All transactions on royalmanila are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits can be made via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer through the Deposit page. Funds deposited into your account are held solely for the purpose of placing bets and playing games on the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering conditions. royalmanila does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. The following activities are strictly prohibited on royalmanila: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with any part of the platform; colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim benefits more than once. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. royalmanila cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the Philippines in all matters relating to platform integrity and financial crime.

royalmanila reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false registration information, or engaged in conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team; any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules and the remaining balance returned. Account suspension decisions can be queried through the FAQ help centre. royalmanila will make reasonable efforts to notify a player of account action via the contact details registered to their account.
